The Contributions for Nature platform allows IUCN Members to document where they are undertaking (or planning to undertake) conservation and restoration actions. It overlays data for biodiversity and for nature-based solutions to climate change.

On 16 March 2022, as a part of its partnership with cement company INSEE, IUCN and Can Tho University (CTU) organised a conservation capacity building workshop in collaboration with the 1,000-hectare Phu My Habitat and Species Conservation Area.

IUCN Pakistan celebrated the World Wetlands Day 2022 at Sindh and Punjab provinces. The day was also observed by the Karot Biodiversity project at AJ&K.

Over the course of two days during 21 and 22 January 2022, the MONRE Vice Minister Chanthaneth Boualapha presided over Lao People’s Democratic Republic’s (Lao PDR) first ever Symposium on Peatlands, held in Viengkham Districts, Vientiane Province.
