TNYC enhances Tonga's coastal resilience with NbS
The Tonga National Youth Congress (TNYC) Kiwa Initiative project is using Nature-based Solutions (NbS) to protect Tonga's coastal environments and strengthen climate resilience.

The event will present a stocktake of knowledge, solutions and actions for effective ocean governance to achieve conservation and sustainable use, encompassing climate and biodiversity.

From 27 June to 1 July, an IUCN delegation, led by the Director General, is participating in the second UN Ocean Conference, “Scaling up Ocean Action Based on Science and Innovation for the Implementation of Goal 14: Stocktaking, Partnerships and Solutions.”
