Blue Cradle Foundation

The Blue Cradle Foundation is a marine conservation and ocean education Charitable Trust (non-governmental organization or NGO) operating nationally in Aotearoa New Zealand. It works consists in marine conservation advocacy and planning, scientific research and partnerships facilitation, and ocean literacy education. It is based in Christchurch, and works nationally and regionally with South Pacific partners, promoting social equity in marine conservation, regeneration of the ocean's ecosystems and species, supporting communities working on ocean health impact solutions. By enhancing ocean literacy education, its overall objective is to support marine conservation, 30 by 30 targets and ocean science for sustainable development.
