We are a bit late in releasing our report this year, as we were engaged in an absorbing Strategic Planning Process in the first half of this year and planning for our 10th Year Anniversary.

Our momentum continued to build in 2009, as we worked to compile lessons from our heavily attended Network-wide regional meeting held in late 2008 and respond to the continued growing interest from those outside the Network. In this report, we present an update on our overall progress and provide brief country updates.
