Water, Environment and Sanitation Society is a non-profit, non-political, non-government organization dedicated to bring lasting improvements in the quality of life of the poorest communities. WESS was established as an independent NGO in July 1999 and under the Societies Registration Act. A committed team of professionals with good knowledge about social and sustainable development provide governance and direction to WESS. WESS has achieved tremendous growth while implemented a total of 65 development and humanitarian project in 24 districts. WESS’ prime work areas are Environment, health, Child rights and Child protection, Education, Community Development, Economic, Social Empowerment and Humanitarian assistance during disasters or displacement.
