CEC Members meeting in Nepal
CEC Nepal members had a wonderful meeting at IUCN Nepal country office on 7 February. Mangal Man Shakya convened the meeting both as IUCN Council and CEC member. This meeting is convened after long-time gap. Mangal Man Shakya’s experience as CEC national activator during 2012-2020 IUCN Council.

We have started the meeting by showing 2 minutes global #NatureForAll campaign video and reviewed the membership status.
The members felt need to translate the #NatureForAll video in vernacular languages of South Asia including Nepal. During the discussion traditional knowledge or indigenous knowledge emerged as important issue need to be inserted in #NatureForAll global campaign.
I have also put forward agenda of future CEC Asia regional meeting sometime in at the end of this year 2018.
