The event will showcase the success of the Edinburgh Process, considering best practice and emerging policies at subnational level from Edinburgh Declaration signatories around the globe. It will show how the Edinburgh Process has bridged the climate and nature agendas by highlighting how actions at all levels of government can deliver global goals.

This roundtable event will invite speakers from around the globe to highlight actions taken at subnational level to protect and restore biodiversity, followed by a panel discussion on the role of the subnational constituency in implementing the GBF.
