Nature Seychelles focus on the International Year of Biodiversity

Zwazo 21, the special International Year of Biodiversity issue of the Nature Seychelles magazine is available to read or download online here.


In addition to articles on Cousin Island and the International Year of Biodiversity and a wealth of feature articles, this special issue includes the contribution “Biodiversity, it’s now or never” by IUCN Director General, Julia Marton-Lefèvre, reproduced with the permission of IUCN, as well as “Can people be trusted with biodiversity” contributed by Mr. Ali Kaka, Regional Director, Eastern and Southern Africa.

Nature Seychelles has been a Member of IUCN since 2003. It is a non-profit, non-governmental organization and its primary objective is to improve the conservation of biodiversity through science, education, awareness and training programmes.
