World Heritage Convention: Effectiveness 1992-2002 and Lessons for Governance

The main objective of this report will partially contribute to an evaluation of the achievement of the Convention by reviewing how effective this unique international governance instrument,the World Heritage Convention has been in conserving natural sites. The period of focus in this report is 1992-2002.
