Invasive Asian hornets, which have been spreading throughout Europe, are predators of native honey bees, threatening honey production.
By converting marshland into open water, the invasive Coypu (Myocastor coypus) can undermine the ability of coastal wetlands to control floods. The effective control and eradication of the species therefore increases the resilience of wetlands to climate change.
