The challenges and opportunities facing conservation and development increasingly require collaboration amongst diverse stakeholders and the transcending of various organizational boundaries. This realm of “complex systems change” is an ever-increasing area of engagement both in and outside the conservation community. Around the world, complex organizational arrangements are emerging to address economic, environmental and social requirements that cannot be met by a single organization.

This FOUR-DAY (24 hour) experiential training provides participants an opportunity to learn, experience and practice approaches for accelerating complex large systems change.
