Gender Checklist Guidelines
This checklist, along with the guidelines, is an attempt by PSNP to create greater clarity on gender roles to achieve this. The challenge is to mainstream gender within the Programme for bringing about real changes in ameliorating the conditions of women in its project areas. While it is easy to accept gender equity as a principle, it is a lot more difficult to infuse it in all dimensions of work through workable guidelines. As such, the process of formulating the checklist, which is the basis for the more detailed guidelines, is in itself quite unique and instructive. (Size. 2.36 MB)
