The Temperate and Boreal (T&B) Forest Programme is part of the general
Forest Conservation Programme (2005-2008)

The Temperate and Boreal Forest Programme, housed in IUCN-CIS Office in Russia (2005) has the mandate to develop and implement a global programme for the conservation and sustainable management of temperate and boreal forests, built around three themes: policy analysis and input, information gathering and sharing, and facilitating stakeholder involvement in forest management decision making.

Process and substantive input to the World Bank Policy review Participation in ENA FLEG process (2005)
IUCN - partner of UNESCO World Heritage Sites (Updated 2006)

Participation in World Forestry Congress programme committee (2003)
e-Conservation atlas of temperate and boreal forests (concept proposal)
