Youth Water Network, Congress in Morocco, 17-24 September 2005, a project of the NGO Green Belgium in Brussels. This congress will deal with the accessibility of drinking water in rural villages and the problems faced by the young « water-carriers» , mostly young girls, who are denied access to school, education and opportunities as a result of their daily labours. The congress will bring together approximately 110 participants aged between 15 and 22 years old.
