Vintage biodiversity – IUCN honoured with dedicated wine
A 2009 vintage of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris has been dedicated to IUCN in recognition of its work and to mark the International Year of Biodiversity (2010). National experts trained on Legal Framework for Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS)
From 2 to 9 June, 2010 the IUCN Environmental Law Centre held the third round of training courses under the InWEnt programme “Regional Environmental Policy in the South Caucasus”. Three-day training courses focusing on “Legal Frameworks for Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS)” were carried out for staff members from the Environmental Ministries as well as other Ministries and NGOs in Georgia and Armenia. A third training will be held in Baku, Azerbaijan, from 30 June to 02 July, 2010. The final activity within this series of trainings will be an international seminar taking place in Bonn, Germany, in September 2010. …
