Nairobi welcomes IUCN members from Eastern Africa

Members and commissions of IUCN Eastern African Regional Office (EARO) met in Nairobi, Kenya, recently to review the organization's 2009-2012 regional and global programmes.

They also adopted a Constitution and Rules of Procedure and elected office bearers that provide for the establishment of the Regional Members Committee (RMC) of IUCN members from the Eastern Africa sub-region.
