IUCN's climate change wish list explained

Neville Ash, Head of IUCN's Ecosystem Management Programme, explains what IUCN hopes to see come out of the negotiations at the United Nations climate change meeting in Poznan.

One of the main items on the wish list is getting countries to agree to cut their greenhouse gas emissions in half from what they were producing in 1990 over the next 40 years. IUCN also wants countries to agree to protect nature and ecosystems to help fight climate change - and as part of that, IUCN wants to them to protect their forests. To get the full story, click here.
