Oceana requests Undersecretary of Fisheries measures to prevent shark bycatch in Chilean oceans

SOS Grantee and international marine conservation organization, Oceana, made big news for shark conservation in Chile at the end of April 2014. Calling on the Chilean government to protect its sharks, Oceana hit the nation's television screens with a 3 minute feature on TVN's 24 horas news programme. This image shows the courtship behavior of Indian Bull frogs (Holobatrachus tigerinus). During the monsoon, the breeding males become bright yellow in color, while females remain dull. The prominent blue vocal sacs of male produce strong nasal mating call.
