IUCN welcomes 33 new Members

On 15 February 2012, the 78th Meeting of the IUCN Council admitted 33 new Members to IUCN and officially recognized the Brazil National Committee of IUCN Members.

The Council, President, Director General and entire family of IUCN extend a very warm welcome to the new Members and Committee, and look forward to their active involvement.
