Les recommandations de l’UICN au Comité du patrimoine mondial sont maintenant en ligne, suite à la publication d’une deuxième série de rapports le 29 mai. L’UICN recommande d’inscrire les Aires protégées du Cerrado au Brésil : Parcs nationaux de Chapada dos Veadeiros et Emas, sur la Liste du patrimoine mondial en péril. IUCN was deeply honoured to host His Royal Highness the Duke of Cambridge as he convened a meeting of United for Wildlife (UfW) at IUCN headquarters in Gland, Switzerland, on Monday 18 May to discuss global cooperation in tackling the illegal wildlife trade. L’UICN recommande d’agir en faveur du patrimoine mondial naturel en péril

L’UICN, Union internationale pour la conservation de la nature, publie aujourd’hui d’importantes recommandations relatives à des sites naturels du patrimoine mondial nouveaux et en péril, avant la réunion du Comité du patrimoine mondial qui se tiendra à Bonn (Allemagne), du 28 juin au 8 juillet prochain. L’UICN recommande le retrait du site colombien de Los Katíos de la Liste du patrimoine mondial en péril. Elle recommande aussi l’inscription d’un nouveau site en Jamaïque et d’importantes extensions de deux sites inscrits au Vietnam et en Afrique du Sud.
