Placé sous le patronage du Ministre de l’Hydraulique de la République du Niger, Ministre de tutelle de l’Autorité du Bassin du Niger (ABN), l’atelier régional sur le partage des bénéfices et la gestion des réservoirs en Afrique de l’Ouest s’est tenu les 23 et 24 avril 2009 à Niamey. L’atelier a été organisé par l’Institut International pour l’Environnement et le Développement (IIED),  l’Union Internationale pour la Conservation de la Nature (UICN), et l’Autorité du Bassin du Niger (ABN), dans le cadre de l’initiative mondiale pour l’eau (GWI). …
