New Legal Officer joins the ELC

Jane Bulmer has recently joined the team at the Environmental Law Centre as a Legal Officer.

She has a Masters in International Law from the University of Nottingham, where she specialised in international environmental law. Her previous posts include working for European Commission (DG Environment) and the British Department of the Environment. Jane has extensive experience of Multilateral Environmental Agreements, in particular those relating to biodiversity, as well as of compliance and enforcement of European and International Law.
