With Ministers and Heads of State rolling in to Cancun since the weekend, the countdown to the closing bell at the UN’s climate change talks can clearly be heard.
But are we any closer to a deal? Are we moving in the right direction? IUCN’s Claire Parker has been following the negotiations closely, and she gave us this update on where things stand as we move in to the “end game”.
