IUCN’s legally registered name must be used on all contracts, invoices, cheques, financial transfers and other banking transactions with the organization.

You can use either the French or English version of the legally registered name:

UICN, Union internationale pour la conservation de la nature et de ses ressources

IUCN, International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources

This instruction also applies to:

• All correspondence between IUCN and donor organizations
• All contracts (including consultancy, donor and employment contracts)
• All Invoices (including donor and membership dues invoices from IUCN)
