Poverty and the climate crisis

Last year the Rockefeller Foundation launched a $70 million initiative to help poor communities prepare for and recover from the global climate crisis' impacts. Maria Blair, Associate Vice President of the Foundation talks to IUCN web TV about the links between development and climate change and the real urgencies ahead of us. The rule of law and the technical innovations are sometimes just not enough.
