How to submit a proposal

You can submit your proposal online from 1 June 2007 to 31 October 2007. Note that the deadline for submission of proposals in the 1st round is 31 July 2007; for the 2nd round it is 31 October 2007. The majority of the Forum events will be selected in the 1st round.

For your preparations, we ask you to follow the following steps:

1. Choose the language of your preference (English, French or Spanish)
2. Select the thematic stream to which your event contributes
3. Select the event type for your proposal
4. Define what your event would contribute to the Barcelona Legacy
5. Provide:
   • Working title of the event
   • Brief description of the event
   • The outcomes your event would achieve
   • Your contact information
6. Indicate the support you would need to develop a detailed proposal if your concept is accepted. (note that there will be a charge for support provided)

NOTE: All events will be scheduled for 90 minutes with 30 minutes between events. Selection criteria will be used to review and select all events.
