Though its global secretariat is based within IUCN Headquarters in Switzerland, the Water Programme is actively involved in, and supports, a wide range of water-related projects in different locations around the world. It works at the regional, national and local levels in various IUCN operational regions across Asia, Africa, Europe, Oceania and America.
