Objective 1: Implement a public awareness and education program for marine conservation and coral reefs in the resorts and associated, inhabited islands.
Objective 2: Train and empower local capacity to monitor and manage coral reefs.
Objective 3: Assess the vulnerability and adaptation potential of different sectors and local communities dependant on coral reefs.
