The goal of this project was to build the capacity of selected government agencies and civil society organisations to utilise public involvement processes in forest conservation and management decision-making. The project was managed in Russia with very close collaboration with the TBFP team in Canada. CIDA provided financial support to the project, which ran until March 2006.
