This Roundtable aims to provide EU-wide flexible and informal instrument for coordination, dialogue and exchange among all Europe overseas actors, including representatives of the EU Outermost Regions (ORs) and Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs), EU Member States, the European Commission, Intergovernmental organizations, civil society and experts.
