Many of the impacts of climate change; storms, drought, sea level rise; are linked to water, IUCN's Head of Water Programme Mark Smith explains. But building good institutions and good governance of water resources will also help us build resilience to climate change.

Thanks for the clip. In my region, water is a fairly big topic of discussion and getting people to buy in to the thinking that the way we use water will need to be different in the future is still a struggle.
