Water
Sustainable water resource management is a key issue in China. Together with members and partners, IUCN China is working to build capacity in integrated water resource management through multi-stakeholder platforms and the concept of environmental flows.
In 2007, IUCN China launched the Chinese version of FLOW – The Essentials of Environmental Flows. Environmental flows refers to the allocation of fresh water in river and lake basins to maintain ecosystems and their benefits to people.
VALUE - Counting Ecosytems as Water Infrastructure has also since been translated in Chinese. Download these two publications below to learn more.
