This March 7 event in Montreal, Canada, will showcase local and international achievements in urban biodiversity.
What is the Partnerships for the Living City Conference?
- To launch the Loyola Sustainability Research Centre’s contributions to the fields of sustainability and biodiversity conservation, we are coordinating the full-day Partnerships for the Living City: Promoting Urban Biodiversity Conference on March 7, 2014 in Montreal.
This conference, organized in partnership between the Loyola Sustainability Research Centre, the United Nations’ Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), and the Quebec Centre for Biodiversity Science (QCBS) and endorsed by ICLEI- Local Governments for Sustainability, will showcase local and international achievements in urban biodiversity.
